If you would like to exchange your Glaskco bottle for a different color, we are happy to accommodate your request. As long as the desired color is in stock and you contact us within the 14-day exchange period, we will gladly arrange a new bottle for you.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
